Principles of the Firm
Wayne SosPresident, Owner, and Consultant
Wayne is a telecom consultant with over 40 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. His expertise includes all areas of traditional wire line and wireless communications with a specialty in expense reduction and control, contract negotiations, telecom network design, and disaster avoidance planning and design.
Prior to founding WayComm, Wayne held sales, management, and technical positions with several large firms where he gained extensive experience with telecom billing and customer service support systems. Wayne is a graduate of Thomas Edison State College, the prestigious Bell Atlantic Project Top Gun, and the Schooley Mitchell Telecom Consultants franchise training.
Dana Gangemi
Vice President, Partner, and Consultant
Dana has over 10 years of consulting experience. Her expertise includes wireless services and hardware, wireless expense analysis, wire line expense analysis and project management.
Dana is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickenson University with a BA and MA in Clinical Psychology, a MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and the Schooley Mitchell Telecom Consultants franchise training.
