Q: WHAT ARE COMMON TELECOMMUNICATIONS BILLING PROBLEMS?
A: Clients often feel overwhelmed with hard-to-understand phone bills and they don't have the time or staff to handle the billing review workload. Because service providers use complex technical terms in their contracts and on their invoices, companies are confused from the beginning. Furthermore, invoices often have many errors that you regularly end up paying for. These problems are difficult to uncover and require a thorough, detailed investigation and constant follow-up.

A: Our services are risk-free. If we don't find potential for savings after the initial telephone bill analysis, you don’t owe us anything. If we make cost savings recommendations, as is usually the case, our fee is a portion of your savings

Q: HOW DO YOUR CLIENTS PAY FOR YOUR SERVICES?
A: The fee for optimization services are contingency-based and there are no up-front costs or obligations. Clients pay a percentage of the actual documented savings resulting from our recommendations and implementation. If you do not accept our recommendations, you owe us nothing. Clients may also choose an hourly consulting arrangement for project-based services such as contract negotiations and office relocations.

Q: IS THERE ANY COST TO MEET WITH YOU?
A: Not at all. All of our optimization services are risk-free and are provided with no up-front costs. Our first meeting is simply an exploratory meeting to see if we can lower your telecommunications costs. If we agree that an opportunity exists, we will gather the necessary information, conduct an in-depth analysis, and present recommendations upon completion of our analysis.

Q: HOW LONG BEFORE WE SEE ANY SAVINGS?
A: Every project is custom tailored to each of our clients’ needs, and the length of time varies depending on the size and complexity of your billing. Savings are realized the first month after implementation of our recommendations.

Q: WHAT IF YOU CAN’T SAVE MY COMPANY ANY MONEY? DO WE STILL PAY A FEE?
A: No! You only pay a fee if we deliver results.
